Refund policy
By using Uplift Deals’ refund and cancellation services, you agree to the terms in this Refund & Order Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”). This Policy applies to all physical product orders placed within the United States. Refund eligibility is determined based on the conditions in this Policy.
This Policy does not govern cancellation or refunds of VIP Membership subscription charges. Membership cancellation and refunds are governed exclusively by our Terms of Service.

1. Scope & Eligibility
This Policy applies to refunds for physical products purchased through Uplift Deals. Refund approval is based on verification requirements described in Section 4.
This Policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
2. Order Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)
2.1 Free Cancellation Within 3 Hours
You may cancel your order within three (3) hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not shipped.
2.2 Cancellations After 3 Hours (15% Cancellation Fee)
If you request cancellation more than three (3) hours after placing your order, but before shipment, a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the item value will apply.
This fee covers administrative, processing, payment, and fulfillment costs already incurred.
2.3 No Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a refund within the 30-day window described in Section 3.

Include your full name, order number, and shipping address. A cancellation is not effective until you receive written confirmation from Uplift Deals.
3. 30-Day Refund Window (No Item Return Required)
Uplift Deals offers a 30-day refund window beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of delivery.
No physical return of merchandise is required.
4. Refund Eligibility Conditions
Because items are not physically returned, Uplift Deals requires reasonable proof to validate refund requests. Depending on the issue, we may request:
- Photos or video showing the product condition;
- A brief explanation of the issue;
- Proof of defect, damage, or incorrect item received; or
- Verification details to prevent fraudulent refund claims.
Refund eligibility is determined in good faith and in Uplift Deals’ reasonable discretion, consistent with applicable law.
4.1 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied if:
- The request is made more than 30 days after delivery;
- Sufficient verification is not provided after reasonable attempts to obtain it;
- The claim is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the facts.

6. Refund Approval & Processing Time
Once your refund request and any required verification materials are reviewed, Uplift Deals will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days.
Banks or card processors may require additional time to post the refund.
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank or card statement again;
- Contact your card issuer—processing times vary;
